Dr. O'Quinn has proudly served her entire career in the Lebanon R-III School District. She began her career as a paraprofessional at Esther Elementary, taught sixth grade for seven years, worked as an instructional coach for four years, served as the Director of Alternative Programs for three years, and now has had the honor of leading Lebanon High School since 2021. She holds both her Bachelor's and Master's degrees from Drury University and earned her Doctorate in Educational Leadership from Southwest Baptist University in 2018.  

 

 

 

 

 

Dustin Young is a 2002 graduate of Hartville High School. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Education from College of the Ozarks in 2007, a Master’s in Educational Leadership from Missouri State University in 2016, and will complete his Specialist in Superintendency from Northwest Missouri State University in 2025. He began his career in education in 2008 and has been serving the Lebanon R-3 School District since 2012.

 

 

 

 

Christopher Britt, M.Ed. taught for 10 years in Kansas City, two in Marshfield, and 7 in Lebanon before moving into administration. Outside of school, he enjoys time with his family and their two cats.
